With the Super Bowl upon us, the beer will be flowing and the chicken wings will be aplenty on one of America’s biggest days of the year. Only one team can win, though, and with that comes a crowd of disappointed fans who will deal with their sadness in different ways.
According to a recent study, sports fanatics cope with their team’s loss with high-sugar and high-fat eats. Food is often used to deal with many unfortunate life events, such as break-ups and stress, and your team’s defeat is just another one to add to the list. But hey, Super Bowl Sunday is supposed to be filled with lots of good eats and drinks, right?
